Meditating on your own can be confusing and uninspiring. You’re welcome to join me everyday to help you keep a good meditation schedule. Join a few minutes early, get comfortable, and immediately after each meditation you are welcome to ask questions via chat.
Tips and technique
Meditation isn’t difficult - that’s myth #1. Like everything, though, it does take some practice to improve. And it helps to use a simple method so you don’t confuse yourself.
